about me
I’m Naël Aboulaïch, a 15-year-old photographer and visual creator. Curiosity, discipline, and the need to build something meaningful are what drive everything I do.I never wanted to lock myself into one style. Instead, I focus on exploring, learning, and pushing my creativity in as many directions as I can.
2021
My journey began in 2021, when I found my father’s old camera at the back of a closet. That moment changed everything. I started teaching myself, experimenting every day, discovering light, contrast, and how to give emotion to an image. Black and white helped me grow a lot, but I never limited myself to it. Little by little, I explored landscapes, fine art, travel photography across France, street photography, sports, animals, aviation–anything that could teach me something new.
But the real turning point came when I became an exchange student and moved to Columbus, Ohio. Arriving in the United States pushed me into a completely new creative chapter. Being in a different environment forced me to reinvent the way I observe, shoot, and tell stories. It’s in Columbus that I truly started developing my identity as a creator; learning to create in every form, whether through photography, cinematography, color grading, or editing.
Street photography became a way to understand people and moments. Video became a way to tell stories and give shape to what I wanted to express. And Photoshop expanded my universe even further, letting me create visuals from pure imagination.
Another milestone was finally traveling to New York. A dream I’ve had since I was little. The city’s energy, chaos, and architecture pushed me to create what I consider some of my best photographs so far. New York didn’t just inspire me; it confirmed the direction I want to grow towards.

TODAY
this whole experience, from finding that first camera in 2021 to building a new life in the U.S, is what shaped my creative identity. I’m still learning, still experimenting, and still expanding what I can do. And this website is where I share that journey.
